What

Do you have your roll when you’re in a swimming pool? Are you struggling to translate it to a real-world environment? Confidence taken a knock and you feel like you will never “get it”?

If so this workshop is for you- a whistle-stop tour of techniques which you can use to break down the mammoth task of on-demand “combat” rolling into simple achievable steps. Pre-requisite for the workshop: A roll which works in the pool pretty reliably but you struggle with getting to work outdoors.
